PT in outpatient clinic in IA with some Acute care support - Great assignment!

Required Qualifications

Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)

REQUIREMENTS:BLS and valid Iowa PT License- OP, one day per week in acute care
We are a fun, busy outpatient clinic located within the main campus hospital. We have a primary entrance where patients come and go from with designated front desk team members who assist with scheduling of new patients and with insurance and prior authorizations. In the outpatient clinic- we offer OT, PT and ST and adjacent to the clinic is the wound healing center, HBO chambers and OT staff who provide lymphedema services. Travelers are welcomed team members and you would join 4 other PT's and 4 PTA's in a team approach to patient care. We huddle each am, have 1 x month staff meetings and have a lead therapist who assists with day to day scheduling and anything else that comes up. We see patients each 45 minutes and we utilize the EMR -EPIC and use flowsheets to document visits. We have recently moved to this new updated location in TRMC and we have 12 private treatment rooms and a large open gym space
