Shifts: 5x8s, Days/Evenings

Location: Penn Yan, NY

Hourly Rate: $24

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor and record vital signs and changes in condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Report observations to nurses and follow care plans closely.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with facility policies.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Active NY CNA license.
• Must be local
• Current BLS Certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care (LTC) setting.
