  • Partner with medical leadership to support a highperforming, collaborative clinical environment
  • Own the hospital P&L, driving revenue growth, cost management, and margin improvement
  • Design and implement workflows and process improvements to support scalability as the hospital doubles in size
  • Manage and optimize staffing models, scheduling, recruitment, and retention in alignment with hospital growth
  • Lead expansion initiatives in partnership with facilities, finance, and HQ leadership
  • Champion culture, employee engagement, and a clientfirst mindset across all levels of the hospital
  • Monitor KPIs (efficiency, throughput, client satisfaction, DVM utilization, etc.) and implement action plans for continuous improvement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HQ operations, finance, and HRbut operate with autonomy daytoday

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in veterinary hospital operations; experience managing large singlesite operations ($10M+ revenue) or multiple smaller hospitals required
  • Proven ability to lead large teams (50+ staff) in a highvolume, fastpaced clinical setting
  • Deep understanding of veterinary business operations including scheduling, budgeting, client relations, inventory, compliance, and medical team partnership
  • Strong financial acumen and comfort managing complex budgets and growth forecasts
  • Exceptional people management and teambuilding skills
  • Selfdirected, strategic, and solutionsoriented leadership style
  • Experience leading hospitals through expansion, construction, or multiphase growth initiatives is strongly preferred

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + performance bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
  • Relocation assistance if applicable
  • Opportunity to lead one of the most exciting veterinary hospital growth stories in the region
