What You Will Do Develop and deliver programming, communications, and initiatives that promote academic and personal success. Design and implement outreach and communication strategies to reengage out‑of‑touch or at‑risk students. Monitor student progress and engagement through systems like Blackboard and Starfish, creating reports and identifying trends. Provide individualized support and mentoring to help students define and achieve educational and career goals. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to advocate for and enhance student success and well‑being. Maintain accurate student records, confidentiality, and current knowledge of campus services to provide “one‑stop” student support. Participate in professional development and contribute data, reports, and recommendations to improve student success initiatives.
