Position Overview
We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across all major platforms. In this role, you'll be responsible for telling the story of our brand and homes through engaging content that attracts new buyers and builds trust with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic social media plan to promote brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
Create, curate, and schedule original content (photos, videos, reels, stories, etc.) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Showcase our custom homes, project updates, design features, customer testimonials, and community highlights.
Collaborate with sales, construction, and design teams to gather content from job sites, client walkthroughs, and completed homes.
Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategy and content performance.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and emerging platforms, with a keen eye for what's working in the DFW real estate and homebuilding space.
Manage social media ad campaigns, including boosting posts and running targeted local promotions.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business; experience in real estate, homebuilding, or design is a plus.
Strong understanding of major platforms and content strategies (especially visual platforms like Instagram and TikTok).
Proficient with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling platforms, etc.).
Basic photography and videography skills, with a knack for creating engaging, high-quality visuals.
Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the DFW real estate or homebuilding market.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts like SEO, lead generation, and paid social advertising.
Drone footage or on-site video content creation experience is a plus.
