Social Media & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator who’s passionate about digital storytelling, influencer partnerships, and affiliate growth. This role will support both our organic and paid social media initiatives — while helping to scale our affiliate and influencer programs to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires creativity, organization, and a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across all Hairmax social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube).
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute brand campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Engage with our community, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster loyalty and positive brand sentiment.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing monthly reports with actionable insights.

· Manage VIP / Loyalty Programs

 

· Review Management

 

• Support UGC initiatives by identifying creators, negotiating agreement terms, writing briefs, providing edits, coordinating content approvals, and managing asset usage.

Affiliate & Influencer Marketing

• Manage day-to-day operations of Hairmax affiliate programs for both DTC and B2B on platforms such as Rakuten, AWIN, Refersion, and TikTok Affiliate Center.
• Recruit, onboard, and communicate with affiliates and influencers to strengthen relationships and boost performance.
• Coordinate product seeding, content campaigns, and payouts for content creators and affiliates.
• Monitor analytics and provide reports on ROI, traffic, and conversions.
• Identify new partnership opportunities to expand brand reach and engagement.
• Analyze competitors. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the health and beauty sector. Share insights with the team and propose innovative marketing strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
• Assist marketing department as needed.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree.

· 1–3 years of experience in social media, influencer, or affiliate marketing (DTC, beauty, or wellness experience preferred).

· Creativity with an eye for compelling content and storytelling.

· Excellent computer skills , including proficiency with social media tools, Canva, Later, Sprout Social, and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

· Experience with affiliate marketing platforms (Rakuten, AWIN, Refersion, TikTok Affiliate Center etc.) is a plus.

· Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

· Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
