Job Description

Baer is looking for SAP S4 EWM Consultant for a 3+ month project located in Arkport, NY

Title: SAP S4 EWM Consultant

Location: On-site - Arkport, NY

Duration: 3 months

Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Provide hands-on support for SAP S/4 EWM during and after go-live (Hypercare phase).
• Work directly with plant personnel to identify and resolve functional/system issues.
• Guide users through system processes, provide explanations, and assist in issue resolution.
• Act as the first line of support in a live plant environment — focused on stabilization.
• Clearly communicate updates, issues, and workarounds with both users and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Must have direct, hands-on SAP S/4HANA EWM experience.
• Strong Hypercare/Production Support experience.
• Excellent communication skills — this is a client-facing, user-support role.
• Experience working onsite in a plant environment is highly preferred.
• Industry experience in Dairy or Pharma is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced go-live setting.
