Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You should possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Qualifications:
Proven professional trained in sales or a related field (minimum [2] years).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, others)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
