Job Description Job Description Production Operator – Overnight Shift We're hiring a Production Operator for the overnight shift at a food processing facility in Orangeville, IL that produces protein powder. You'll be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the night. What You'll Be Doing: Operating production equipment including mixers, packaging lines, and conveyors Monitoring equipment performance and making adjustments as needed Performing quality checks and documenting production records Following food safety and GMP standards Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas What We're Looking For: Previous experience in food processing or manufacturing preferred Comfortable working overnight shifts Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable attendance and good work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Shift: Overnight (typically 10pm-6am or 11pm-7am) Pay: $20/hr Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Freeport, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
