Join our team as an Overnight Grocery Stock Associate, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to ensure our store operations run smoothly during the night. You will be responsible for receiving products, maintaining displays and back stock, and upholding our high-quality standards to deliver a positive shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all products meet our quality standards through regular checks.
• Carefully sort and scan waste to maintain our sustainability efforts.
• Stock and tidy shelves, bins, and food preparation areas to create an inviting shopping experience.
• Keep back stock organized and in excellent condition.
• Handle invoices for products delivered outside regular receiving hours.
• Accurately check in products and report any discrepancies to team leadership.
• Efficiently transfer products from receiving areas to sales floor or designated back stock spaces.
• Punctually arrive at your workstation prepared to work; attend all required trainings and meetings.
• Deliver top-notch customer service by responding to customer needs in a courteous and timely manner, utilizing suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximize sales potential by effectively prepping, storing, and merchandising products.
• Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols, including proper sanitation and health regulations.
• Create a clean and sanitary environment for both customers and colleagues.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing shift duties as needed, ensuring signage and pricing are accurate.
• Immediately report any safety hazards or violations.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by store leadership.

Experience Requirements

• No prior retail experience required; we will provide all necessary training.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Will stand and walk for 6-8 hours during a typical workday.
• Utilize hand strength for various tasks, including pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Engage in motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Work in both wet and dry conditions as required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Proficient in using tools and equipment, including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other machinery.
• Occasionally use ladders as part of your duties.
