Windsor Laurelwood is seeking a Outpatient Office Manager!
The Outpatient Office Manager is responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the front office for the Outpatient Department. This includes answering phones, greeting and registering all patients, ordering supplies, creating, tracking and breaking down active patient charts and assisting service providers to provide excellent patient care.
Primary Responsibilities and Job Specifications
Education/Experience : High school graduate or equivalent. Two (2) years experience in an office milieu preferred. Familiarity with insurance, mental health services and terminology is preferred.
Additional Requirements : Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested.
Trained in non-violent physical crisis intervention and CPR prior to accepting independent assignment or released from orientation.
