Office Manager | $25/hr | Part-time to Full-Time | Bloomington


Express Employment is hiring an experienced Office Manager for a local company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations organized and compliant.


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5pm
Pay: $20-$25/hr
Position Type: Permanent, full benefits


What You'll Do:

• Dispatch and manage customer service calls
• Organize and maintain scheduling
• Support daily office operations and ensure accurate record keeping
• Use Microsoft Suite for reports, documentation, and communication

What We're Looking For:

• Strong office experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Solid organizational and basic office skills
• Ability to multitask and keep multiple workflows on track
