We’re Looking For:
Individuals with a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail
Experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning (preferred)
Reliable team players with dependable transportation
Professional communication skills and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts when needed
Managerial applicants must have previous supervisory experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or facilities management
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned buildings and facilities
Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom sanitation
Execute periodic deep cleaning such as floor stripping/waxing and carpet shampooing
Ensure proper storage and use of cleaning supplies and chemicals
Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
For Manager positions: oversee cleaning crews, coordinate schedules, inspect quality of work, and liaise with clients and team members
Qualifications:
Prior experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a consistent basis
Demonstrated leadership skills (for supervisory roles)
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
