We provide top quality care for our patients within our communities.Job Summary: We are seeking to hire one Receptionist / Front Desk full-time who will assist our healthcare professionals. We need someone 5 days a week for our front desk and as needed coverage. Be able to work every other Saturday 8 - 2. If you work on a Saturday, you will have a day off during the week. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload in a fast-paced pediatric office environment. Familiarity with EMR eClinicalWorks, very helpfulReceptionist / Front Desk Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with patients and colleagues.The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records.Familiarity with medical practice management software, electronic health records (EHR), and other relevant technologies.A friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and patience.The ability to address patient issues and resolve administrative challenges efficiently.Accuracy in handling patient information, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures is helpful. Be familiar with Availity and Navinet.Communicating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient care.Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.Our full-time position requires you to deliver attentive, compassionate support and assistance to patients and familiesWe are PRO-VACCINE.
