What You Will Do: \n - Follow technical specifications and detailed assembly instructions to produce a consistent, high-quality product.
\n - Take ownership for accuracy of processes and resulting costs.
\n - Accurately read and follow procedures, routing, and other work instructions.
\n - Focus on building parts that meet customer expectations & deadlines and owning the quality of your work.
\n - Participate in LEAN initiatives, cost reduction, scrap reduction, process improvement, etc.
\n - Effectively plan and prioritize work to meet production schedules.
\n - Maintain continuing education, upskilling, and special process certification requirements.
\n - Develop subject matter expert knowledge of the end use for completed products and the customers that purchase them.
\n - Champion safety and comply with all safety protocols including hazardous waste disposal programs and daily 5S and cleaning.
\n - Mentor and assist in development of less experienced assemblers sharing knowledge and best practices.
\n - Collaborate with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge, or resolve problems related to business issues.
\n - Communicate complex technical terminology orally and in writing.

Qualifications You Must Have: \n - Typically requires a HS diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

The salary range for this role is $38,841 - $72,849. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
