Senior living community seeking a General Labor / Maintenance Assistant to handle indoor/outdoor work year-round. Tasks include painting, power washing, light repairs, and basic plumbing/electrical work.
Requirements:
Manual labor experience
Plumbing/electrical skills strongly preferred
Comfortable working in all weather
Schedule: Part-time, Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 8A–5P.
