🧸 Role & Responsibilities

This role focuses on typical nanny duties , all centered around the children:

• Daily care for infant and toddler
  
• Planning fun, age-appropriate activities, crafts, and learning experiences
  
• Supporting developmental milestones
  
• Preparing meals for the children
  
• Children’s laundry and light tidying related to the kids
  
• Driving to/from school and activities (once trust is established)
  
• Grocery shopping and light kitchen assistance
  
• Calmly and confidently handling toddler behavior
  

Parents typically take over from dinner through bedtime, giving the nanny a clear transition at the end of the day.

⏰ Schedule & Hours

• 40–60 hours per week
  
• Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Monday–Wednesday: full coverage days
  
• Thursday–Friday: potential for lighter, more flexible schedule
  
• Occasional date nights appreciated
  

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience
  
• Major holidays off (or moved to another day if worked)
