Position Summary We are hiring part-time Lead Generators to represent Closet Factory inside Lowe’s stores. You’ll be the connection between curious shoppers and our expert design team. This is not a cashier or stocking job—it’s an opportunity to engage real customers, educate them on our services, and get them set up for an appointment with one of our designers. A Lead Generator will be responsible for 2–3 Lowe’s store locations (based on geography) and expected to manage their time and performance across those locations based on store “power hours.” Typically, power hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between 10am to 2pm, though it does vary per store. Pay Structure This role pays $15 per hour with a $50 bonus for any lead that ends up purchasing our product. The more quality conversations you have, the more you earn. Weekly Expectations

  • Minimum 1 hour per store, 3x per week
  • Must cover power hours, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
  • Track and report all lead activity with accuracy • Maintain up-to-date marketing materials at all store locations
  • Distribute flyers and brochures to red vest associates regularly
  • Educate and motivate Lowe’s staff about Closet Factory’s offerings
  • Propose creative competitions or incentives to encourage associate referrals
Qualifications
  • Outgoing, confident communicator who enjoys talking with people
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of ownership
  • Must be self-motivated and proactive—this is not a passive role
  • Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Able to stand for extended periods and navigate busy retail environments
  • Retail or lead generation experience a plus—but not required
  • Must have access to reliable transportation to visit 2–3 Lowe’s locations
  • Must be available weekends and occasional evenings as needed
