To support and participate with a design team in creating functionally beautiful spaces for high end residential, commercial and hotel clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Interior Design Program, Licensed Interior Designer
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 2020 Design, Sketchup, Revit, Microsoft office, Project management software
• Knowledge of Building materials, furniture, interior finishes and materials, color selections, specifications,
construction, building code, architectural drawings, accurate take offs.
• Knowledge of design requirements, construction methods and materials for high end residential, commercial,
hospitality, multiunit environments.
• Great ability to multitask, work independently as well as a team, with the utmost willingness to learn, share
knowledge and ability to follow through.
• Reliable and professional
 Written and verbal communications.
 Organizational and time management
 Problem solving and proactive solutions
 Collaborations: Developers, GC, architects, clients, site supervisor, Director and team
 Project and procurement management.
 Multi- project management
 Analysis skills
 Customer service skills
 Motivated and discipline

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To work on projects from all phases of design through installment, including but not limited to: CAD
drawings,2020 Design, sourcing, procurement, scheduling, and install.
• Work directly with designer director to create and present 3D presentations, FFE, surface materials, color
palettes, and lighting.
• Generate plan specifications based on client needs and contract requirements.
• Provide design support and administration during completion and execution of design concepts.
• Source and work with team and outside vendors to procure and coordinate all furniture, fixtures,
accessories.
• Manage multiple projects at once.
