Associate Attorney with 3-5 Years of Employment?Based Immigration Experience full?time position located in our Southborough office.
Ideal candidates will have experience with a variety of employment?based applications, including labor certifications (PERMs), H?1B, E?1/E?2, and other non?immigrant visas.
We are a firm practicing exclusively immigration law and expanding our employment?based practice. The right candidate should be eager to contribute knowledge and expertise, develop SOPs, and build capacity for additional employment?based work.
A second?language fluency is preferred but not required. Humanitarian and family?based immigration experience is also a plus.
