As the Sr. Director of Loyalty - Strategy + Experience, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of customer engagement across a portfolio of iconic brands. This role is responsible for leading the strategic vision, innovation roadmap, and enterprisewide execution of loyalty initiatives that drive customer retention, brand affinity, and longterm value creation.
You will partner closely with senior leaders across brand, marketing, digital, and operations to embed loyalty into the core of the customer experience. With a deep understanding of market trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies, you will architect and evolve loyalty strategies that differentiate the company in a competitive retail landscape.

Salary Range: $195,800 - $269,300 USD. Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
