Fabricator/Welders

Kelly Services is seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welders to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on manufacturing, fabrication, and welding of metal components for industries including tire/rubber (carbon steel) and food processing (stainless steel). Location: Mansfield, OH Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (Must be available for 10-hour shifts and occasional Saturdays) Pay: $19.00 $24.00 per hour (Based on experience and skill level) Expected Hours: 4045 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble finished metal products according to specifications
• Weld using GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) processes
• Install and repair various types of equipment and components
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Measure and calculate materials accurately to meet design requirements
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure weld quality and proper tolerance
• Operate independently following training on company procedures and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of fabrication and welding experience
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Proficient in GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG)
• Experience with welding and fabricating tools and equipment
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle physical workload
• Willingness to travel between the Mansfield and Smithville facilities as needed

Requirements

• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required
• Must have own welding helmet
• Onsite interview and facility tour
