This role is essential for ensuring that properties remain in excellent condition, providing a safe and comfortable environment for occupants. The Handy Man will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements across residential or commercial properties.

Duties

• Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
• Perform routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention.
• Respond promptly to service requests from clients or property managers.
• Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
• Ensure all tools and materials are maintained in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople as necessary to complete larger projects.

• A valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites.
