My client is one of the TOP British Curriculum Schools in Dubai. Due to a sudden illness, the current teacher has had to return back home and so they are in need of a STRONG English teacher that can deliver either A-level or the International Baccaulearate. This school is a very high achieving school that has EXCELLENT teachers that are passionate and engaging in their subject. There is a real team spirit in the school and the students are fantastic and high-achieving.

The school is located about 20 minutes from the center of Dubai and is in a beautiful clean area with many shops and amenities.

Requirements to Apply
**Degree in English language or Literature
**A PGCE in English with QTS
**Ideally 2 years teaching experience
**MUST have experience of A level or IBDP English to apply
**Western-trained
**Have a high command of written and spoken English
**Tech savvy
**Up to date with modern pedagogy

If you lucky enough to be selected, you will need a "can do" attitude and be a teacher that promotes enquiry-based learning. The school has over 80 different student nationalities in the school and has a majority British and Irish pool of teachers. There are teachers from other nationalities that have STRONG subject knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.

Salary Package

**TAX FREE salary from 14,000 AED to 19,000 AED per month!

**Settling in allowance a 2000 AED settling in payment is paid 

**Tuition for children -  1 child for one teacher of 2 children for teaching a couple

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)

Must be a native speaker of English

Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered

Prefer candidates with international experience

Open University qualification(s) are NOT accepted

Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted

Additional:

**Your bachelor's degree MUST be in English
**Having a Master's is beneficial to your application
**Experience of teaching in the Middle East is beneficial to your application
**If you have experience of working in an Islamic environment/students is beneficial for you
**Offering a secondary subject, this would help your application
**Singles teachers or teaching couples with NO CHILDREN are preferred

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 16000 up to 19000   AED (UAE Dirham)per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
