  • Assist with scheduling and execution of student visits to the Education and Outreach Center.
  • Collaborate with the Outreach Education Manager to maintain the EOC space and support updates to exhibits, materials, and curriculum.
  • Perform additional duties and initiatives as directed by foundation leadership, contributing to the organization’s mission and overall success.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively and respectfully with a wide range of individuals.
  • Aptitude for creative problem-solving within established systems and procedures.
  • Customer-service orientation and ability to work with diverse audiences.
  • Passion for and interest in serving the military, veteran, and first responder communities.
  • A collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to serve others, contributing to a positive and mission-driven team environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience engaging students, educators, or public audiences in educational or museum environments strongly preferred.
  • Previous events experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Work Environment

  • This is an in-office role with standard work hours of 8am-5pm CST; flexible hours may be required for events.
  • Travel (up to 50%) may be necessary, with occasional nights and weekends.
