Position Summary:Production Workers are essential members of the manufacturing team responsible for operating equipment, performing assembly tasks, conducting quality checks, and supporting production processes such as mixing and coating. This role ensures the consistent output of high-quality products for internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate various production machinery and equipment, including mixers, coaters, and assembly stations.
Perform assembly tasks with attention to detail, following established instructions and standards.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and efficiency.
Conduct quality control inspections, including measurements, visual checks, and sample testing (e.g., viscosity, solids content, etc.).Record production and quality data in both digital and written formats.
Maintain clean and organized workstations, following 5S or similar workplace organization standards.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Assist in routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance during downtime or shift changes.
Participate in training sessions and continuously improve job-related skills. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.
Schedule: Swing Shifts Available:Monday–Thursday6:00 AM – 6:15 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM24/7, 365-day production schedule (weekends and holidays may be required).
Qualifications: Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments preferred.Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machines.Familiarity with quality control processes and basic testing methods.Basic computer skills (keyboard, mouse, Microsoft Office, web navigation).Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions accurately.Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout a 12-hour shift.Frequent standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive hand motions.Capable of wearing required PPE for extended periods.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
