Manager, Design – Creative Production Team
Position Summary
The Manager, Design – Creative Production Team is a versatile, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in bringing ideas to life across a variety of channels. As a member of Sam’s Club’s internal Creative Production Team, this individual will collaborate closely with fellow designers, copywriters, and video editors to create high-quality, on-brand work that supports key marketing initiatives across the business.
This role is ideal for a skilled and speedy designer who enjoys working across multiple formats—including digital, print, in-club signage, social, and more—and can confidently execute within established brand systems while staying curious, flexible, and open to creative challenges. This designer will be responsible for translating creative direction into polished, compelling deliverables that meet project goals, follow brand guidelines, and resonate with the Sam’s Club member.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
