Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Job Description Depot/Warehouse Manager Mini Melts of America is an established leader in cryogenically frozen ice cream. We are growing nationally and looking for leaders and team players who can help satisfy our clients and maintain our position as an industry leader. As a Depot Manager you will oversee facilities, product, fleet management, employees, equipment, customer service requests and day‑to‑day operations. You will be a self‑motivated individual who takes ownership of client and customer fulfillment, demonstrates strong leadership, communicates effectively, and makes confident, multitasking decisions. You will build and guide a united team to ensure policies and procedures are followed daily while following guidelines from the Regional General Manager. Job Duties Establish and maintain a clean, safe work environment and enforce a disciplined work style. Manage and build a united team of delivery drivers and encourage good moral character. Manage route drivers’ delivery of products, preventive maintenance of equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, and all documentation required by Central Office. Develop a deep understanding of products, equipment, and all Mini Melts policies and procedures. Plan, distribute, monitor, and follow up on daily route assignments to meet company standards. Coordinate, schedule, and deliver equipment as requested and follow up to ensure it is fully operational. Communicate and follow up on sales opportunities, problems at customer locations, repairs, freezer swaps, and safety issues reported by route drivers. Order, maintain, and monitor all product inventories. Monitor and follow up with fleet maintenance. Teach and manage employees to follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures established by Mini Melts of America, Inc. Manage the end‑of‑day check‑in process, capturing and communicating key service, safety, and daily operations information. Travel to and from Mini Melts satellite offices to ensure day‑to‑day operations are fulfilled. Job Requirements Associate’s degree in Business Management or a related field (or equivalent work experience with 5+ years of operational or fleet management). Ability to lift 50 lbs. Valid driver’s license. Clean driving record (2 years). Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. Excellent communication skills. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Understanding of OSHA requirements. Understanding of DOT regulations.
