An exciting new high-end dining destination is set to open in Atlanta, and we’re looking for a visionary Bar Manager / Beverage Director / Sommelier to help shape its beverage identity from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a world-class beverage program—from signature cocktails and curated spirits to an exceptional wine list that tells a story with every glass. What You’ll Do

• Develop and oversee the full beverage program, including wine, spirits, and craft cocktails.
• Create an innovative and profitable beverage menu aligned with the restaurant’s elevated concept.
• Build vendor relationships and negotiate beverage contracts to maximize quality and value.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the bar and service team to deliver top-tier hospitality.
• Maintain impeccable standards of service, presentation, and guest engagement.
• Collaborate closely with culinary and service leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience as a Beverage Director, Bar Manager, or Sommelier in upscale or fine dining environments.
• Strong wine knowledge (certification preferred but not required).
• Proven expertise in cocktail development and beverage cost management.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for hospitality, creativity, and elevating the guest experience.
