Assistant Service Manager (Powersports)

Comp Range: $100k - $115k/annually

Our client, a high-volume, multi-line powersports dealership in the Rocky Mountain region, is looking for a motivated Assistant Service Manager to join their team.

This is a 'Service Manager in Training' position designed for someone early in their leadership journey who is eager to develop under an experienced management team. The owners want someone they can mentor and help grow, not a seasoned Service Manager with fixed methods. The dealership specializes in snowmobiles, ATVs, and UTVs, with a modern, customer-focused service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Service Manager in daily operations
• Motivate and assist service staff to ensure high performance
• Improve processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Oversee work orders, scheduling, and communications
• Build leadership skills with a clear path to Service Manager
• Maintain a positive and professional environment

Qualifications

• 15 years in a powersports service department (ideal for someone ready for leadership, not already in a Service Manager seat)
• Technical background with snowmobiles, ATVs, or UTVs preferred
• Proven people-management or leadership ability
• Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and passion for powersports
• Open to relocation (assistance provided)
