You will work within the Air & Missile Defense Software Department in Tewksbury, Massachusetts as part of the Patriot Software Development Team. We strive for technical excellence by drawing upon a diverse workforce whose knowledge base covers the complete spectrum of modern languages and computing platforms.**What You Will Do**Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems.Design, code, test, integrate, and document software solutions.Participate in internal review of software components and systems.Collaborate with project managers and other professionals within Engineering.Follow established development practices and processes to maintain the configuration management of software products.Light travel and off hours testing (2nd or 3rd shift) may occasionally be required.This position requires exclusive onsite presence.**Qualifications You Must Have**Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).Experience or Education with software development.The ability to obtain and maintain an interim secret U.S. security clearance prior to the start date.
